Ian’s Story: Medical Negligence

Five years ago, Ian walked into hospital for what he was told would be a simple day surgery procedure.

Eight months later, he came out of hospital in a wheelchair due to the negligence of the doctor, who should never had undertaken the high-risk procedure at all.

Fortunately, Ian and his wife Karen contacted Robert Bryden who took on their case, explaining to the couple the ins and outs of the medical negligence they had suffered. Ian and Karen immediately knew they had the right team by their side.
